FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Do you work with small nonprofits?
Yes. We work with small and mid-size organizations, and some of our projects have taken just two to three weeks. We'll size the work to your team and budget after a free health check.
How much does a Salesforce project cost?
It depends on your needs and which phases your project includes. A typical project has three: Discovery, where we learn your goals and review your org; Blueprint, where we design the solution and agree on the scope; and Delivery, where we build, test, and train your team. You'll know the scope and cost before work begins, and it all starts with a free health check.
Do we have to move from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit?
Not right now. NPSP is still supported, but it no longer gets new features, and Salesforce's new development goes into Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud). The right timing depends on your customizations, integrations, and roadmap. Our health check gives you a straight answer for your org.
We're not on Salesforce. Can you still help?
Yes. The Nonprofit Ops Platform adds reports, dashboards, automations, email, and tax statements on top of the CRM you already use, so you don't have to migrate to get them. It works with Bloomerang and Donorbox today.
Can you help with HIPAA and data security?
Yes. Salesforce can support HIPAA when it's set up correctly, and Salesforce offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for its HIPAA-eligible services. We handle the setup: access reviews so people see only what they need, multi-factor authentication, and Salesforce Shield. Shield adds Platform Encryption for sensitive fields and files, Event Monitoring to see who viewed or exported data, and Field Audit Trail to keep a change history for up to 10 years. Shield is a paid Salesforce add-on, and we'll tell you honestly whether you need it. HIPAA also depends on your own policies and training, so we work alongside your compliance lead.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We offer managed services in tiers sized to your needs, from on-call help when something comes up to ongoing administration, Salesforce release reviews, and continuous improvements. We'll recommend the right tier after your free health check.
