Latinas Contra Cancer

A clean move off NPSP

We migrated Latinas Contra Cancer from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud), including all of their data. Along the way, LCC deepened their understanding of Salesforce and adapted the platform to their growth as they became a medical provider, shaping it around the compliance, documentation, and reporting needs that role requires.

The result: Their team now works on Salesforce's current nonprofit platform, where Salesforce invests its newest nonprofit features, and they continue to receive support from Troppus as they build and refine.

Care plans approved and signed digitally

We digitized care plan approvals and added electronic signatures, streamlining how plans move through review and sign-off. This work directly supports LCC's evolution into a medical provider, where timely, compliant care planning is essential.

The result: Fewer delays getting plans approved, and client documentation that stays compliant and lives in one central place. With ongoing support from Troppus, they continue to strengthen these systems as they grow.

Ohana Healthcare Partners

Salesforce delivery partners, from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit

Since 2024, Troppus has been Ohana Healthcare Partners' Salesforce implementation partner. Together we moved a community health nonprofit from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud): we rebuilt their Salesforce on the new platform, migrated their data, and moved their files so each document stays linked to the right record.

The result: The nonprofit now works on Salesforce's current nonprofit platform with its records and documents in one place, and Troppus and Ohana Healthcare Partners keep delivering Salesforce work together.
